Dalswinton Wedding with Ashley & Chris.
A Dalswinton Wedding was always on the cards for Ashley and Chris ever since Chris proposed down on the estate they knew exactly where they wanted to hold their big day. When they were elected as Cornet and Lass for Guid Nychburris , they had not met before. They fell madly in love and to this date they are the only couple to have tied they knot in the 80+ years of the Guid Nychburris celebrations in Dumfries.
It was the height of our summer heatwave in Dumfries and the perfect still day for a wedding. They got married in the little tin church on the estate itself followed by a lovely Dalswinton Wedding Marquee just down in the grounds of the estate itself. The estate has the most amazing scenery and makes for the best possible photo opportunities going!
Later in the evening as the sun was beginning to set we took out the opportunity to go down the loch on the estate for golden hour pictures and it blew us all away!
