Portpatrick Wedding Photgraphy | Perfect Coastal Elopement Wedding.
Nicola & Adam met as teenagers and have been together ever since. Choosing to get married locally the decided on getting hitched in the Old Church, Portpatrick Dumfries & Galloway. The Church has got to be one of the quirkiest small venues in the region full of all the charm and character of an old church with modern amenities including self-catering accommodation downstairs. They chose a Humanist celebrant to conduct their ceremony. With a few tears shed along the way but lots and lots of smiles and joy.
Once the ceremony and formal pictures were finished, we headed out for some beautiful Portpatrick wedding photography. First, we went to Dunskey Castle with its rugged hilltop setting on a beautiful wild Autumn afternoon then made our way down to the equally as bold Portpatrick harbour with the waves of the Irish Sea crashing behind us.
The couple and their guests danced the night away with a few Ceilidh songs thrown in for good measure and after saying my goodbyes left knowing I love Portpatrick weddings & Portpatrick wedding photography is a fantastic location. Be sure to check out our handy wedding venue guide.
